Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans and circumstances can change, we will always endeavour as much as possible to accommodate any alterations to a planned activity. In the event that the client needs to cancel we will apply a cancellation policy as below. In exceptional circumstances we may still offer a refund within cancellation penalty stages.
Health Disclosures
Surf’SUP Surf School does not accept any liability caused through failure to complete the health questionnaire or sign in sheet. all participants must make Surf’SUP Surf School aware of any medical conditions, illnesses (for example, asthma, epilepsy), disability, any phobia, allergies or medication you are taking or any injuries you have sustained prior to any activity. parents or guardians must sign in and complete form for participants who are under 16 years of age. Where applicable, in certain groups a group leader/guardian can sign for a minor participant. for example, a school teacher can sign on behalf of a group from that school, a youth leader can sign on behalf of a group from that organisation. We do not accept any responsibility for a leader/guardian who has failed to get participation forms signed for their group.
